Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking an RF Design & Optimization Engineer in Irving, TX. You will design the Radio Frequency Network for LTE and 5G, including Macro and Small Cells, using Atoll and other tools. You will handle regulatory submissions and performance projections to improve coverage and capacity.

Required are 4+ years of RF experience and a degree in engineering, with strong knowledge of RF fundamentals and LTE/5G technology. Local candidates preferred; Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or 4+ years of work experience.
• 4+ years of relevant RF design/optimization experience in cellular networks.
• Experience with RF propagation tools (Atoll) and data analysis.
• Knowledge of RF fundamentals, LTE/5G, and antenna/RF path theory.

Responsibilities

• Design RF networks for 4G/5G Macro and Small Cells.
• Prepare regulatory submissions (FCC/FAA), RFDS, CIQ, 911 submissions, and EME studies.
• Evaluate coverage and capacity, run projections to optimize network performance.
• Maintain data integrity in planning tools and support RF team's data needs.
