Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a seasoned RF Design Engineer to advance our LTE/NR networks in a high-demand Texas market. The role focuses on 4G/5G macro and small cell planning, RF path theory, and data-driven optimization.

You will work with Atoll and other tools to model traffic, performance, and capacity, ensuring state-of-the-art network reliability. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cellular/RF design, FCC/FAA regulatory experience, and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant RF experience required, demonstrated through work or military service.
• Experience in RF propagation tools (Atoll) and data analysis.
• Knowledge of mapping software such as MapInfo, Google Earth, ArcGIS.
• RF design experience in LTE and NR networks.
• Samsung LTE and NR network experience.
• Strong motivation to develop innovative solutions and learn new technologies.
• Knowledge of RF fundamentals and RF engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Design RF networks for 4G/5G Macro and Small Cells.
• Plan Radio Frequency Network for LTE and 5G including Macro and Small Cells RF analysis.
• Prepare FCC/FAA submissions, RFDS, CIQ and 911 submissions, review EME studies.
• Evaluate coverage and capacity to identify best expansion solutions.
• Maintain accurate data in planning tools and ensure data integrity across platforms.
