Responsibilities

• Prioritize and drive activities for customers within a defined geographic region to grow revenue.
• Establish presales processes for estimating program management resource needs.
• Oversee on-time project delivery with high-quality application-specific connector solutions.
• Profile key accounts and expand exposure for new and existing products.
• Monitor costs, margins, and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Support pricing, technical support, and contract reviews.
• Manage expectations and mentor junior program managers.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
