The Panther Group is hiring a Cable Assembler in Beverly, MA, to join a manufacturing team building RF microwave cables and connectors. You will follow established procedures, inspect parts, and ensure high-quality assemblies.

We value hands-on workers with keen attention to detail who take pride in producing reliable components. Pay is $20-$22 per hour, W2, depending on experience, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform detailed assembly work with or without a microscope.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Reliable, hands‑on, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and inspect RF microwave cables and connectors.
• Build electronic connectors and cable assemblies using established procedures and documentation.
• Use the appropriate materials and tools to complete assembly work.
• Follow documented work instructions to ensure assemblies are built accurately and consistently.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
