Job summary

CPI Electron Device Business, Inc. is seeking an energetic assembler to build high-power microwave radar transmitter cabinets in Beverly, MA.

You will transform blueprints into complex mechanical and electrical assemblies, wiring harnesses, and chassis components with precision tools and strict quality controls. This full-time role requires 2–5 years in electro-mechanical assembly, excellent soldering and crimping skills, and familiarity with IPC standards.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, aerospace manufacturing, or wire harness fabrication.
• Advanced proficiency in precision soldering, contact crimping, and reading complex wiring schematics.
• Active or prior training in IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, or J-STD-001 is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build critical, high-power microwave radar transmitter cabinets.
• Transform blueprints into complex mechanical and electrical assemblies.
• Assemble heavy-duty structural components, chassis, and wire harnesses.
• Perform high-quality soldering, crimping, wire routing, and multi-pin connector assembly.
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
