Talent Solutions Partners seeks an RF Analog Design Engineer in Huntsville, AL. You will develop analog and RF front-ends for rugged embedded computing used in defense and aerospace, collaborating with FPGA, PCB, and software teams.

Responsibilities span concept, simulation, hardware validation, and production. The role emphasizes low-noise power, clocking systems, and high-frequency RF design up to 18 GHz in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience designing RF and mixed-signal signal chains
• Hands-on hardware debugging from concept to production
• Strong RF theory including filtering, impedance matching, noise mitigation, shielding
• Experience selecting high-speed ADCs/DACs from TI/Analog Devices
• RF circuits up to 18 GHz and interfaces to FPGA/mixed-signal systems

Responsibilities

• Develop RF/analog front-end architectures for high-performance embedded computing
• Design RF signal paths, low-noise analog circuitry, clocks, and power architectures
• Collaborate with FPGA, PCB, embedded software, and systems teams
• Lead lifecycle activities from concept through validation and production
• Troubleshoot complex analog/mixed-signal issues and improve SI/PI
