Your Talent Team in Huntsville, AL is seeking an RF Analog Design Engineer to develop sophisticated RF and mixed-signal front-end architectures for high-performance embedded computing products used in defense and aerospace. You will collaborate with FPGA, PCB layout, and software teams across the full product lifecycle.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, validation, and production readiness, with opportunities to work on cutting-edge RFSoC and FMC-based platforms in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Expertise designing complete RF and mixed-signal signal chains including RF front ends, filters, ADC/DAC interfaces, clocking and power architectures
• Experience taking RF hardware from system architecture through schematic capture, PCB, debugging, validation and production
• Strong RF design theory knowledge: filters, impedance matching, noise, shielding, grounding, high-speed PCB
• Experience selecting high-speed ADCs/DACs from vendors like TI or Analog Devices
• RF circuits operating up to 18 GHz; strong digital interfaces to FPGA-based processing
• Experience with lab equipment: scopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers; collaboration with PCB layout engineers
• Leadership and mentorship in RF hardware projects (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Design RF analog front-end architectures for high-performance embedded computing products
• Develop RF signal paths, low-noise circuitry, clocking systems and power architectures
• Collaborate with FPGA, PCB layout, embedded software and systems teams
• Oversee lifecycle from concept to validation and production, influencing architecture decisions
• Support defense/aerospace RF platforms and cutting-edge RF technologies
