Talent With Heart in Huntsville, AL is seeking an RF Analog Design Engineer to join a team delivering cutting-edge RF and mixed-signal hardware for defense and aerospace applications. You will design RF front-ends, low-noise analog circuits, and clocking/power architectures, collaborating with FPGA, PCB, and embedded software to move projects from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Expertise designing RF and mixed-signal signal chains covering RF front ends, analog filtering, ADC/DAC interfaces, and clocking.
• Experience taking RF hardware from system architecture through schematic capture, PCB implementation, debugging, validation, and production.
• Strong RF design theory including filter design, impedance matching, signal integrity, shielding, grounding, and high-speed mixed-signal PCB implementation.
• Extensive experience selecting and integrating high-speed ADCs and DACs from vendors such as Texas Instruments, Analog Devices, or similar.

• Design RF signal paths, low-noise analog circuitry, clocking systems, and power architectures.
