Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking an RF Analog Design Engineer in Austin, TX, to develop RF and mixed-signal front ends for rugged embedded platforms used in defense and aerospace. You’ll design high-performance RF paths, low-noise circuits, and clocking systems while collaborating with FPGA, PCB, and systems engineers.

You’ll guide concepts from simulation through validation and production, addressing signal integrity, timing, and power challenges in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Expertise designing RF and mixed-signal signal chains including RF front ends and ADC/DAC interfaces.
• Experience taking RF hardware from architecture to production; strong RF theory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design RF front-end architectures for high-performance embedded computing in defense/aerospace.
• Collaborate with FPGA, PCB, software, and systems teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead architecture decisions, diagnose signal integrity issues, and contribute to robust RF/mixed-signal platforms.
