SourcePro Search, LLC in Huntsville, AL is seeking an RF Analog Design Engineer to develop advanced RF and mixed-signal front-end architectures for defense/aerospace embedded platforms.

You will collaborate with FPGA, PCB layout, and software teams to drive complete product lifecycles from concept through validation and production, ensuring high performance and reliability in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Expertise in RF and mixed-signal signal chains including front ends and ADC/DAC interfaces.
• Experience taking RF hardware from architecture to production and validation.
• Strong RF design theory knowledge: filtering, impedance, noise, shielding, grounding.
• Experience selecting high-speed ADCs/DACs from TI, Analog Devices, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design RF front-ends and mixed-signal architectures for high-performance embedded systems.
• Collaborate with FPGA, PCB layout, embedded software, and systems teams.
• Lead architecture discussions and solve signal integrity challenges across lifecycles.
• Develop clocking and power architectures to support multiple sampling rates.
