Job summary

CMI, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of breath alcohol testing instruments, including the Intoxilyzer brand, with global reach.

This role involves disassembling, reworking, and reassembling instruments returned for service, following detailed instructions, and performing calibrations as needed. You will accurately maintain records in the manufacturing software, identify trends, and suggest procedural improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Experience meeting monthly production goals and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed instructions to disassemble, rework, and reassemble instruments.
• Perform calibration work on Intoxilyzer instruments as needed.
• Maintain records using ERP and other systems.
• Identify trends and propose procedural improvements.
• Report issues found during rework activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
