Job summary

Grifols, a global healthcare company, seeks an Instrumentation Technician to calibrate and repair instrument standards, troubleshoot control elements, and document activities in a CMMS. The position involves following SOPs and diagrams, maintaining training curriculum, and assisting with installation and startup of instrument standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent + 2 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, mechanical trades, or utility equipment operation (or technical Associate’s).
• Associates degree in a relevant technical field. 2 years relevant experience for Tech 1; 4 years for Tech 2; 6 years for Tech 3.
• Directly related experience or a combination of related education/experience may be considered in place of stated requirements.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate various instrument standards and control elements (electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, temperature, pressure, level, flow, weight).
• Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance on instrument standards and control elements.
• Document work activity in CMMS; provide detailed documentation of calibration, troubleshooting, and repair.
