Job summary

The Sofidel Group in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a Machine Operator to join our converting team. You will operate machinery, run quality checks, and prepare products for shipping while supporting our lean and HACCP standards.

Local candidates with a high school diploma/GED and SAP experience are preferred. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 6–12 months manufacturing experience.
• SAP experience is a must.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow written orders detailing production type, material, and palletization.
• Perform hourly quality checks and submit daily QA reports.
• Operate hoist and pallet jack to load parent rolls of paper.
• Program and monitor computerized panel for core size and lengths.
• Manage packaging setup and downstream equipment to meet production quotas.
• Coordinate with QA, maintenance and supervision to ensure quality and safety.
