Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder through one-to-one ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and document session progress. Strong communication with families and team members is essential, and you should be prepared for a flexible schedule and possible travel within the area.

Qualifications

• You must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification and work with children with ASD.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Must pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
