We provide specialized ReggioABA™ therapy for children ages 1-6, combining evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a child‑led, play‑based environment inspired by Reggio Emilia.
As a Behavior Technician, you'll play an important role in helping children develop communication, social, independence, and daily living skills while building meaningful relationships along the way.
Your Role
Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll provide individualized, 1:1 ABA therapy and help children work toward meaningful developmental goals.
Your Day May Include
This is an active, hands-on position.

Hiring needs vary by location. Placement is based on current openings, clinical needs, and where we believe you will be most successful.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Our schedule is designed around the consistent therapy hours our clients receive through their insurance‑authorized services.
Because consistency is critical for the children and families we serve, the schedule is set and cannot be modified.
No evenings. No weekends.
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
Paid training begins Day 1.
RBT Certified: $20.00/hour
Once you successfully obtain your RBT certification, your pay increases to $20.00/hour beginning the following full pay period.
