Job summary

AB Spectrum Wright City, Missouri seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children aged 2–6 in a clinic setting. You will work under the supervision of on-site BCBAs, collecting data and implementing behavior plans as part of our Reggio ABA approach.

Starting pay is $20.00/hour with a merit-based growth track. The role requires an active RBT certification, 3+ months of experience with young children, and full-time availability Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience with children aged 2–6.
• Commitment to RBT Ethics Code and professional integrity.
• Legal ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a clinic-based setting
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA
• Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress
• Support daily care tasks (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming) as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children and staff
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally with families
• Encourage play, social engagement, and positive behavior through Reggio ABA
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and feedback sessions to build your skills
