Job summary

Skimmer, a fast-growing Austin-based company, is seeking a Revenue Operations & BI professional to transform messy data into trusted metrics that leadership uses weekly. You’ll own KPI dashboards covering GTM funnel, payments, product adoption, churn, and customer success, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations.

You'll grow with the role, closing data-quality gaps, learning the data model, and expanding reporting ownership as new products and acquisitions come online.

Qualifications

• Prior work in revenue operations, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Proven expertise in SQL, plus experience with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake) and dbt workflows.
• Proven experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and data-quality workflows.
• Strong track record in supporting recurring production reporting for executives.
• Attention to detail with both clean and messy data.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with AI tools like Claude, Replit, or OpenAI for prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Keep weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and reports up to date across GTM funnel, payments, product adoption, churn, and customer success.
• Support revenue/reporting finance and accounting needs, including partner/referral revenue sharing and reconciliations.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from the executive team and stakeholders.
• Standardize and consolidate CRM fields; close data-quality gaps as data model expands.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to bring product usage data into the CRM.
• Automate manual, spreadsheet-driven processes so CRM data populates automatically.
