Job summary

YAHO System Technology Inc. is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with Revit experience to develop and maintain 3D models for construction and engineering projects in the Phoenix area.

You will support design coordination, clash detection, and project execution across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include creating BIM models, generating construction drawings, performing clash checks, and coordinating with engineering and construction groups.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit for BIM modeling and coordination
• Understanding of construction drawings and MEP systems
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit
• Generate 2D drawings and construction documents from BIM models
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams
• Update models based on design changes and field conditions
• Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and BIM standards
• Support project coordination meetings and issue resolution
