Job summary

SSOE's Tool Install team in North Phoenix, Arizona seeks a Revit Modeler to build and maintain mechanical Revit models for semiconductor fabrication and advanced-manufacturing clients. You will manage work sets, links, and families, coordinating with engineers and project managers.

You’ll participate in weekly clash coordination in Navisworks, perform model QA/QC, and contribute to change control and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate in mechanical/HVAC design or related field.
• Experience with Revit for mechanical modeling.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360.
• Dynamo or Python scripting for Revit is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Model mechanical systems in Revit across concept, design development, and construction documents.
• Build and refine Revit families, templates, view templates, and shared parameters.
• Set up and maintain work sets, linked models, coordinates, and file naming for clean federated models.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks, track resolution, and report progress to project managers.
• Participate in BIM kick-off and multi-discipline coordination sessions.
