Clark Pacific in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a BIM Modeler to design, detail, fabricate, and install precast concrete systems. You will build accurate 3D models and construction drawings, collaborating with engineering, project management, manufacturing and field teams on complex projects.

The role requires 1 year of Tekla or Revit experience, a relevant degree, and strong organizational and communication skills. Office-based with site visits and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Tekla, Revit, or another 3D BIM platform in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Create, edit, and maintain 3D structural models using Tekla Structures and Revit.
• Develop detailed construction and fabrication drawings from BIM models.
• Coordinate models with Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Field Operations.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Assist in project setup, BIM coordination, clash detection, and model maintenance.
• Support engineering teams by developing discipline-specific BIM content.
• Read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Communicate model updates and design changes across project teams.
• Maintain project documentation and BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Other duties as assigned.
