HotFoot Recruiters is hiring for entry-level BIM Operators to support design and coordination efforts on high-tech construction projects for a growing engineering / semiconductor client in Arizona.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career candidates with a background in Interior Design, MEP, Civil Engineering, or related fields who are looking to build hands‑on experience in BIM and Revit within a fast‑paced project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, MEP, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Revit (3D) and AutoCAD (2D) experience required (academic/internship acceptable).
• Strong interest in BIM modeling and construction design.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support design teams with Revit (3D) modeling and AutoCAD (2D) drafting.
• Assist with preparing and updating construction drawings and layouts.
• Modify and maintain BIM models based on engineer markups and project updates.
• Coordinate with internal design teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings.
• Maintain organized project files and assist with document control.
• Support project coordination and basic data tracking tasks.

Location: North Phoenix, AZ

Type: Full‑Time | Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours

Pay: $60,000/year

Start Date: ASAP
