Job summary

Opiniion is seeking a Review Dispute and Response Specialist in Lehi, UT. This role suits a recent graduate or student in computer science or a related field, focusing on meticulous data entry, SOP-driven processes, and continuous improvement within review dispute operations.

You will process information for Google and other platforms, ensure data quality, and contribute to automation ideas while maintaining professional communications with clients and platform representatives.

Qualifications

• Some college experience with a technical background such as Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail in repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain standards.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Google Apps Script).
• Willingness to learn and apply AI/new technologies.

Responsibilities

• SOP Adherence: learn and maintain SOPs for review dispute processes.
• Data Maintenance & Entry: accurately submit information to Google and other platforms.
• Data Hygiene & Quality Assurance: maintain high data quality and fix discrepancies.
• Compliance & Consistency: follow internal policies and platform requirements.
• Professional Communication: interact professionally with clients and platform reps.
• Process Improvement: identify workflow improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Automation & AI Contribution: suggest AI/automation improvements for the product.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: update central docs and SOPs.
• Ownership: take ownership and implement efficient solutions.
• Curiosity & Learning: ask clarifying questions and learn product functionality.
