Qualifications

• Some college experience with a technical background (CS/IT).
• Detail oriented with focus on repetitive tasks.
• Follow detailed procedures and maintain compliance with standards.
• Familiar with no-code/low-code automation (Zapier, Google Apps Script).
• Willingness to learn AI and new technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• SOP adherence: learn, follow, and maintain SOPs for review dispute processes.
• Data maintenance: process and submit information to Google and other platforms.
• Data hygiene: maintain high data quality and correct discrepancies.
• Compliance: ensure actions align with policies and platform requirements.
• Professional communication: interact with clients and platform reps.
• Process improvement: suggest efficiency, quality, and compliance enhancements.
• Automation contributions: ideate AI/automation improvements.
• Documentation: update centralized SOPs and knowledge bases.
