Job summary

Opiniion Lehi, Utah-based team seeks a Customer Communications Specialist to own end-to-end drafting, refining, and publishing timely, empathetic responses to online reviews for multifamily communities on Google, Yelp, Apartments.com and Facebook.

You will also support the structured Review Dispute program by preparing and tracking policy-based reports and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing and editing with a concise, empathetic voice.
• Ability to work under time pressure using SOPs and style guides.
• Experience responding on Google Business Profile, Yelp, Apartments.com, and Facebook.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and reputation platforms.
• Organized and detail-oriented with reliable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reviews across assigned communities and triage by priority.
• Draft clear, human responses tailored to reviewer and platform.
• Highlight positives, acknowledge concerns without blame, and guide next steps.
• Ensure every response aligns with Fair Housing and platform policies.
• Maintain and evolve a style guide and modular response library.
• Meet response time SLAs and volume targets while maintaining quality.
• Prepare reports and appeals using Google's tooling, following SOPs.
• Update Review Dispute dashboard with statuses and outcomes.
