Qualifications

• Some college experience with a technical background (CS/IT).
• Strong attention to detail for repetitive data tasks.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain compliance.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools like Zapier.
• Interest in AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to manage review disputes and location additions.
• Enter and submit data to Google and other platforms with accuracy.
• Maintain data hygiene and correct discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with platform requirements and internal policies.
• Provide professional communication with clients and platform reps.
• Participate in documenting processes and improvements.
• Contribute ideas for product enhancements related to automation.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement solutions.
