Job summary

Key Energy Services, LLC. is seeking an experienced supervisor for offshore/on-site drilling operations in Texas.

The role involves supervising rig crews, coordinating reverse packages, and running the drilling BHA when needed, while ensuring adherence to safety policies and customer requirements. The incumbent will oversee rig activities, conduct safety meetings, direct drill floor operations, and maintain equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of oilfield related work, rigs or fishing tool shop experience.
• Experience as a driller or in fishing and milling operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all rigging activities for reverse packages and directs pick up.
• Conducts safety meetings with the rig crew before pulling out of the hole.
• Directs the rig crew on the rig floor during drilling operations.
• Oversees drilling operations and maintains reverse package equipment.
• Ensures safety procedures and equipment handling meet policies and regulations.
• Plans work activities and schedules with the customer representative.
• Manages equipment used in reversing packages and drill out operations.
• Provides daily reports to customers regarding costs and equipment used.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
