Job summary

Key Energy Services, LLC. is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee rig crews and coordinate reverse packages.

The role includes supervising foam air units, power swivels, and pumps, as well as running the drilling bottom hole assembly when drilling the well bore in accordance with safety policies and customer requirements. The position requires prior oilfield rig or fishing tool shop experience, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to operate drilling rigs and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience with drilling rigs, workover rigs and snubbing units.
• Extensive knowledge of safety practices on rigs and foam air operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises rigging up reverse packages and directs operations.
• Conducts safety meetings with the rig crew and ensures safe procedures.
• Directs rig floor operations and supervises drilling tools, up to 14 hours.
• Oversees drilling operations and maintains equipment.
• Ensures safety practices and proper handling of equipment.
• Plans work activities with customer representatives and ensures proper equipment use.
• Manages equipment safety and cleanliness in reversing packages.
• Provides daily reports to customers and Key fishing district on costs and equipment.
