Responsibilities

• Undergoes a one-month virtual classroom to build foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems and customer conversations.
• Participates in a 12-month development program with weekly skill-building, coaching from sales leaders, and real-world customer interactions.
