After the classroom, a 12-month development program provides weekly sessions, personalized coaching from seasoned sales leaders, and real-world customer interactions to accelerate success and long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and a proven track record in financial services.
• Willing to obtain NMLS license with company support.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational knowledge in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems, and customer conversations.
• Participate in weekly skill-building sessions and receive coaching while applying learnings through real-world customer interactions.
