Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in financial services.
• Interest in reverse mortgage products and serving retirees.
• Willingness to obtain an NMLS license if not already licensed.
• Strong communication and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 1-month virtual classroom and a 12-month development program.
• Engage with customers to discuss reverse mortgage options and build trust.
• Receive ongoing coaching from experienced sales leaders.
• Apply training through real-world client interactions and activities.
