Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is launching a Sales Training Program for Reverse Mortgage Loan Officers in Ann Arbor, MI. The program starts with a one‑month virtual classroom to cover reverse mortgage products, sales basics, compliance, and customer conversations, followed by a 12‑month development track with weekly sessions and personalized coaching.

We encourage experienced traditional mortgage loan originators to apply and will help you obtain your NMLS license if you don’t already have one.

Qualifications

• Experience in traditional mortgage loan origination encouraged.
• NMLS license not required initially; company will help obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 1-month immersive virtual classroom to build foundation in reverse mortgage products and sales fundamentals.
• Transition into a 12-month development program with weekly skill-building sessions and one-on-one coaching from experienced sales leaders.
• Assist retirees in making informed financial decisions and build trusted advisor relationships through real-world customer interactions.
