Starting with a one-month virtual classroom on reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, and systems, the program then transitions into a 12-month development track featuring weekly skill-building sessions, one-on-one coaching from seasoned sales leaders, and hands-on customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in traditional mortgage sales preferred.
• NMLS license will be supported and paid for by the company.
• Strong communication and advisory skills with retirees.
