You’ll receive coaching from experienced leaders, participate in weekly sessions, and apply what you’ve learned through real-world customer interactions to develop confident, high-performing mortgage professionals

Qualifications

• Experienced traditional mortgage loan originators are encouraged to apply.
• Understanding the lending business and serving retirees as a target market.
• NMLS license assistance and sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a one-month virtual classroom to build fundamentals in reverse mortgages and sales.
• Engage in a 12-month development program with coaching and real-world client interactions.
