Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is hiring a Reverse Mortgage Inside Sales Representative to educate homeowners about reverse mortgage options, assess eligibility, and guide prospects through early loan steps in a compliant, consultative, consumer‑direct environment.

You will handle inbound/outbound leads, build rapport, document interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with marketing and sales to improve lead quality and conversion. NMLS licensing is preferred; mortgage experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or consumer-direct financial services.
• Experience in mortgage, reverse mortgage, or home equity preferred.
• Experience working with corporate-generated leads preferred.
• Ability to discuss long‑term financial topics with homeowners.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads from marketing and referrals.
• Educate homeowners on reverse mortgage options in a compliant manner.
• Document all interactions in CRM and loan origination systems.
• Follow scripts, workflows, and meet performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to improve conversions.
