Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor, Returns to lead the returns process within a warehouse environment. You will oversee returns intake, motor carrier compliance, and restaging of product, balancing hands-on work on the warehouse floor with office duties.

You will manage daily operations, uphold client standards, and drive process improvements to minimize returns while ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong people and operations supervisory skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to embrace new technology.
• Operations or final mile delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations and returns activity.
• Assist with audits and ensure returns processes meet requirements.
• Ensure timely reporting of returns and carrier compliance.
• Maintain professional relationships with management, carriers, and clients.
• Supervise check-in for reschedules from carriers.
• Process and monitor returns via client portal.
• Escalate product or process discrepancies, including damages.
• Document and enter all returns for inventory accuracy.
• Support process improvements to reduce returns.
• Move inventory using handling equipment as needed.
• Serve as main point of contact for client escalations.
• Schedule customer time windows for next-day delivery.
