Job summary

Abbott is seeking an IT Business Systems Consultant to support Revenue Management (Model N) and related commercial systems within Core Diagnostics Global Commercial Excellence. You will manage IT-business relationships, document requirements, and drive technology-enabled improvements that align with business objectives.

You will collaborate with IT delivery teams and business partners, identify opportunities for efficiency, ensure regulatory readiness, and support testing and change activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or another related discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant IT and business systems experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT, business systems, business analysis, or business relationship management roles in a global matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of Contract lifecycle management system like Conga CPQ.
• Experience working with Contract & pricing strategy, Rebate management (preferably Model N system), Revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Identifies current and emerging business needs and evaluates IT solutions using standard methods.
• Proactively seeks strategic business opportunities for new or existing IT capabilities.
• Develops information systems strategies to support business requirements and align with technology direction.
• Translates business requirements into functional requirements and improves processes with technology.
• Manages Change and User Acceptance Testing and performs testing, verification, and validation.
