Job summary

Abbott, a global health care leader, is seeking a Sr Operations Business Systems Analyst for our Madison, WI site supporting the Cancer Diagnostics division. You’ll translate complex business needs into robust ERP solutions and lead medium-sized initiatives with cross-functional teams.

In this role you’ll drive requirement gathering, design reviews, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization, while mentoring junior analysts and ensuring alignment with the Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• 4 years designing and supporting ERP processes (SAP/Oracle).
• Experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Leading system enhancement or implementation projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead complex ERP initiatives with broad scope.
• Gather requirements and translate to designs per standards.
• Lead testing, deployment, and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Provide advanced training and SOP documentation.
• Support change management and end-user training.
