Qualifications

• 8–10 years IT or Data Analytics experience in large healthcare organizations.
• Experience guiding data strategy, governance, and analytics programs.

• Lead IT BRM for Core Diagnostics Data Strategy & Governance functions.
• Translate business needs into IT opportunities and data-enabled solutions.
• Manage data platforms, standard reporting, and analytics governance.
• Oversee budgets, ROI, and cross-cultural virtual teams.
• Partner with business leaders to align IT strategy with business goals.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
