Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (Revenue Division) seeks a Revenue Supervisor/Expert to lead the unit’s operations, staff, and performance outcomes. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, resolve escalated issues, and monitor performance metrics while serving as a subject matter expert on Arkansas tax codes, policies, and DFA

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of Arkansas tax codes, policies, child support law and regulations.
• Ability to analyze complex tax or child support issues and interpret regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and integrity in handling financial data and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee unit operations within the DFA Revenue Division.
• Monitor performance metrics and resolve escalated issues to ensure compliance and timely processing.
• Serve as subject matter expert on relevant tax codes, policies, and DFA procedures.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Social Work, or related field

High school diploma + 4 years experience including 2 in supervisory or leadership
