Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, economics, or social work plus four years' experience in revenue-related or administrative support
• OR high school diploma plus five years of experience in customer service, bookkeeping, tax preparation, cash handling, or administrative support
• Two years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Deep understanding of state revenue systems, tax law, accounting principles, and public finance operations
• Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to resolve complex compliance and personnel issues

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and daily operations of a revenue unit or program area

Education
