Job summary

MERGE, a marketing and technology agency at the intersection of health and wellness, is seeking a Revenue Finance Analyst to partner with client service and operations to forecast revenue, analyze profitability, and provide strategic financial insights.

You will develop financial models to track client revenue, review statements of work and pricing proposals, monitor revenue recognition, and contribute to profitability targets.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, ideally in a professional services or client-facing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred, and/or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office with an emphasis on Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned client accounts, supporting client leads in managing budgets, forecasts and profitability.
• Develop financial models to track client revenue, expenses and margins, ensuring alignment with contract terms and scopes of work.
• Review Client Statements of Work (SOWs) and pricing proposals to provide financial guidance and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Monitor revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual revenue forecasts at the client level.
