The North Carolina Zoo is seeking two Revenue Services Specialists to join our Revenue Services Office in Asheboro. You will handle daily cash deposits, process reservations, and maintain customer accounts with a focus on accuracy and service quality.

Responsibilities include data entry in POS and reservation systems, resolving routine issues, and supporting scheduling needs. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work 8am–5pm with possible weekends.

Competenze

• Experience in cash-handling or revenue-processing environments preferred.
• Experience with reservation systems or scheduling software is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data tracking and reporting.

Mansioni

• Prepare and verify daily deposits (cash, checks, and credit cards).
• Process reservation requests and maintain calendars and customer accounts.
• Provide customer service for payments, reservations, and account changes.
• Enter and verify data in electronic systems for accuracy of records.
