We are looking for a detail oriented and team-focused Revenue Services Lead for our Cash Operations department.
This position provides daily functional leadership for cash-handling activities within the Revenue Services Office, including preparation and verification of daily deposits, change fund management, transaction documentation, and operational problem resolution.
The position ensures workflows are accurate, timely, and compliant with established internal controls while supporting strong customer service and transaction integrity.
The Revenue Services Lead trains permanent and temporary staff on cash operations procedures, assigns daily tasks, and provides technical guidance on POS related processes.
This role also maintains close coordination with revenue-generating Zoo units and supports the Revenue Services Supervisor by ensuring consistent and reliable financial operations.

Recruitment Range: $39,244 - $44,500

The Revenue Services Office is part of the NC Zoo Business Services section and is responsible for managing and safeguarding Zoo revenue through accurate cash-handling operations, transaction processing, point‑of‑sale system oversight, and efficient delivery of group reservations and related services.
The unit ensures reliable financial controls, supports customer transactions, and provides coordinated administrative services that directly support the Zoo’s daily operations.
