UCHealth in Denver seeks a Denials Management Analyst for the Denials Mgt Payer Audit team. You will provide analysis and research to improve patient billing, collections, and accounting practices, and recommend process improvements.

This onsite, full-time role supports a fast-paced environment and requires attention to detail. The position emphasizes collaboration with payors, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure payability of claims and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements key compliance measures to evaluate the department's billing, collection, posting, refund, and accounting practices.
• Monitors and analyzes the department's compliance with key compliance measures.
• Works with payors and insurers, and clinicians to ensure the payability of claims.
• Performs root cause analysis and collaborates on the development, implementation, and evaluation of corrective action plans based on analysis.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
