Job summary

UCHealth in Denver is seeking a Denials Management Leader to oversee external payer audit and denials prevention functions. This onsite role focuses on process improvement, revenue preservation, and cross-functional collaboration across the Denials Management departments.

You will lead staff, monitor performance, budgets, and vendor relations while driving innovative strategies to reduce audits and lost revenue. Strong analytical and supervisory skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages external payer audit and denials prevention functions to drive process improvement and maximize revenue preservation.
• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management and compliance with organizational and departmental policies and guidelines.
• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
