Revenue Reconciliation Specialist (Contract – Full or Part-Time)

We are looking for a Revenue Reconciliation Specialist to help ensure accuracy between our financial and CRM systems. This contract role offers flexible hours (minimum 25 hours/week, up to 40 hours/week) and the opportunity to work remotely after a one-week in-office training. The project is expected to last 2–3 months, with compensation of $30–$35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile revenue data between financial and CRM systems.
• Review and validate invoices, transactions, and financial records.
• Perform data cleansing to ensure accuracy across multiple platforms.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies through research and problem-solving.
• Work efficiently across various technology platforms, including Excel, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and Stripe.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in accounting, invoicing, or financial reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Proficiency in Excel, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and Stripe (preferred but not required).
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Availability to start ASAP.
