What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Conduct daily cash reconciliations of fiduciary cash accounts
2. Research, analyze, and resolve unreconciled items in a timely manner
3. Implement and monitor processes to ensure compliance with SEC standards
4. Reconcile and report weekly/quarterly tax liability payments to the IRS and State Treasury
5. Assist senior financial analysts in monthly fiduciary account reconciliation

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting/Finance preferred
2. One year of reconciliation experience preferred
3. Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
5. Excellent communication skills for interactions with vendors and bank partners

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Finance industry experience preferred
2. Experience with handling large data files and data manipulation
3. Understanding of process guidelines including risk, control, and documentation
4. Experience with proprietary system software and platforms
