With our continued growth, we are looking for an Account Reconciliation Specialist to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role you will be responsible for reconciling client statements for jobs completed by our technicians and resolving any discrepancies. Although we are seeking candidates who are located in the same area as our corporate office you will have the privilege of working from your home office for this role.

The Role

• This role participates in weekend coverage rotations , every other week, switching out a normally scheduled day to provide coverage for one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) - working an average of 40 hours per week
• You will be able to work remotely from your home office; MUST have reliable internet services and quiet work environment; MUST be local and within driving distance to corporate offices in Sioux Falls, SD (we will supply equipment needed)
• Responsible for reconciling client statements against jobs completed by our technicians
• Identify and correct any discrepancies found during reconciliation; working with appropriate internal and external teams
• Create and maintain multiple MS Excel reports to be shared with relevant teams; utilizing various data sources and editing/manipulating as needed
• Communicate with Technicians regarding coding errors and needed resolutions
• Communicate and collaborate with team members via Microsoft Teams chats and emails
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Administrative support, accounting or related experience required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred
• Ability to learn and utilize role specific equipment and software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to tolerate prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer while utilizing two screens and multiple programs
• Must maintain company and client confidentiality
• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
• Must have a valid driver’s license (to pass client background requirements)
