Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience and 3-5 years of management experience.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages month-end close processes and prepares GAAP-compliant financial reports.
• Leads audits and liaises with internal and external auditors.
• Oversees journals, reconciliations, and SEC footnotes as needed.
• Supports acquisitions, system implementations, and process improvements.
• Directs a team of diverse employees and fosters high performance.
