Job summary

Paycom in Plano, TX is seeking an AR & Revenue Performance Specialist II to drive cash realization within the Revenue Operations Center. You will lead efforts to ensure every dollar earned is captured, posted, and realized, while coaching teams to improve frontline performance.

The role requires deep knowledge of AR, denial management, and payer rules, with a focus on process improvement, SOP development, and accurate claim resolutions in the PM/EMR ecosystem. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and billing workflows.
• Experience in denial management and payer interactions.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Experience coaching teams and developing training materials.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Advanced denial management strategies to secure payment on high-dollar or aged claims.
• Independent root cause analysis to identify why claims fail and implement fixes.
• SOP development and deployment of technical resolution playbooks.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and ensure accurate posting of payments.
• Audit claim resolutions for ROC standards and compliance.
